We understand that circumstances may change, and we have established this Refund Policy to ensure transparency for our global users.

1. Digital Nature of Services

Due to the digital nature of our SaaS products and the immediate access granted upon subscription, all sales are generally final and non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that the service is deemed "consumed" once access is provided to the Mock Master AI platform or Enterprise TMS environment.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

We evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Technical Failures: If a confirmed technical defect on our end prevents you from accessing the services for more than 7 consecutive days, and our support team is unable to resolve it.

  • Duplicate Billing: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same billing cycle due to a system error.

  • Malaysian Consumer Protection Act 1999: In compliance with local regulations, we honor refund requests if the services provided significantly fail to match the descriptions provided at the time of purchase.

3. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings on mockmasterai.app.

  • Effect of Cancellation: Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current paid billing period.

  • No Pro-rated Refunds: We do not provide pro-rated refunds for the remaining days of a partial subscription period.

4. Trial Periods (If Applicable)

If we offer a "Free Trial" or "Discounted Trial," you will not be charged during the trial period. However, it is your responsibility to cancel the subscription before the trial ends to avoid being charged for the full subscription cycle. Once the trial converts to a paid subscription, the non-refundable policy applies.
