2. Software License & Use of Services
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our AI-driven linguistic solutions. You agree:

Not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Mock Master AI engine or Enterprise TMS.

3. Subscription, Payments & Service Models
We provide our Services through two primary models: SaaS Subscriptions and Enterprise Solutions.

SaaS Subscriptions (Mock Master AI): * Fees: Access to standard features of Mock Master AI requires a paid subscription. All fees are quoted in the currency specified at checkout.

Billing: Payments are processed through secure third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the renewal date via your account settings.

Enterprise Solutions (TMS & Localization): * Custom Projects: Large-scale enterprise projects, including Enterprise TMS access and bulk localization, are governed by individual Service Agreements, Quotations, or Purchase Orders (PO).

Custom Terms: Payments, milestones, and specific service obligations for these projects are subject to the terms outlined in their respective legal contracts, which shall prevail in the event of any conflict with these general Terms.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Digital Nature: Due to the immediate access and digital nature of our SaaS products, fees are generally non-refundable once the service has been initiated or the subscription period has started.

Technical Issues: If you experience significant technical failures that prevent the use of the service, please contact us within 7 days for an evaluation of a potential pro-rated refund or credit.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All technology, AI algorithms, linguistic data analytics, and branding (including the "Mock Master AI" brand) are the exclusive property of PINCHIEH LANGUAGE SOLUTIONS SDN. BHD. or its licensors. User-generated content remains your property, but you grant us a license to process such data to provide the requested AI services.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, PINCHIEH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
